Confirmation needed to secure your booking:

A 50% non refundable deposit or

A signed confirmation letter or agents voucher or

Credit card details supported by signed Credit Card authorization form

Payment

Our payment policy states “payment on departure”

Cancellation policy:

14 days to 7 days prior to arrival – 50% of total accommodation charge

7 days to 24 hours to arrival – 100% of total accommodation charge

No show – 100% of total accommodation and meal charges
